The bowl makes chopping much easier and neater than using a full sized cutting board. Fantastic Chopping BowlThank you so much for the perfect chopping bowl...It took me years to finally purchase a new bowl(I ad promised my Daughter my old chopping bowl that had been my Grandmothe'rs,my Mother's mine and now her's.Now the "fight" over the "chopper".I ordered and love the Mezzaluna Knife so much sharper than my old one that must be as old as the bowl (our best guess is at least 120 years. The new bowl is a perfect replacement.Hopefully with good care this bowl will also become a loved family treasure.
