These wooden cutting boards are handmade from Appalachian cherry and maple hardwoods. The medium cutting board is a convenient 9x14x3/4 inches. The smaller is 7x11x3/4 inches.

Treated with food grade finish, both sides of these cutting boards can be used for food service and preparation. Both cutting boards are finished with a special mixture of food grade mineral oil and bees wax for food safe use on both sides. This mixture adds a beautiful luster to the board and is more durable than oil alone.

These boards are designed with a groove cut around the edge to collect juices, eliminating the mess caused by cutting foods such meats, tomatoes and pineapple on a flat board. The other side is flat to give you a larger work area.

Cutting boards come shrink wrapped with care instructions included, ready for your own personal use or gift giving. This set would be welcomed as a wedding , house warming or hostess gift.

Care of the board:
Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry.
Do not leave to soak in water. Do not place in dishwasher.
