This theme pen features a split gun metal plated 30 caliber cartridge case. The center has been fitted with a hand turned piece of double dyed black and tan boxed elder wood. The wood has been coated with cyanoacrylcate resin to protect it from oils, acids, and scratches and polished to a high luster. The clip represents a scope recticle and the cap of the pen represents the primer or shell head case. It is a great looking pen and a nice conversation piece. Great gift for the sportsman in the family. Uses a Parker style refill and measures approximately 7/16 th inches in diameter and 5 1/2 inches long.
