ONE OF A KIND.
This
solid wood lazy Susan was handcrafted using nearly 200 individually cut pieces
of exotic woods. While a flat surface, the contrasting woods create a three
dimensional effect frequently called tumbling blocks. This effect changes as
the lazy Susan is rotated resulting in new dimensional designs.
A
single piece of steam bent, solid American Walnut wraps around the entire lazy Susan’s edge. This gives a smooth warm finished edge to the lazy susan and creates
a small lip above the surface and prevents items from sliding off.
The
lazy Susan is 15 1/2” in diameter and stands 2 1/4” high and spins smoothly on
a high quality ball bearing.
Wood species Used: Tumbling blocks are made from Birdseye Maple, Wenge and African Padauk. Surrounded by American Red Oak.
