Cutting Boards are not Dishwasher Safe. Hand wash only with soap and
water and treat every so often (about once a month) with a light coat of
mineral oil. If properly cared for, you will enjoy many years of use
and enjoyment. If scratches appear, a light sanding will bring it back
to new condition.
