As a child, our family had what I think was a walnut bread board. My family cut the best loaves of bread on it. I have some very fond memories of coming home from the bakery and cutting a fresh raisin pumpernickel, an onion board, baguettes, Challahs, and of course the ever famous seeded rye on it. I'll have to ask my parents if they still have it and post a picture. Anyway, that's the inspiration for this product, and I know our creations will last just as long if not longer! Our version measures approximately 17 inches long x 7 inches deep and comes with 4 non-marring brown rubber feet.

Free Gift Wrapping
We'll be happy to giftwrap any item you like, just add this no charge item to your order. We wrap our gift packages in numerous sheets of vanilla colored tissue paper and tie them off with natural and colored rafia. We wrap our butcher blocks and cutting boards in brown craft paper and tie them off with natural and green rafia. Since these products are treated with mineral oil before they leave our shop, the craft paper will regulate moisture for the products during shipment. Sometimes they arrive with a bit of mineral oil on the craft paper. That's the nature of the beast though. Gift cards are also free so be sure to include a message if you like.
