Originally made as a custom piece, I made 4 of these cheese boards for a bride getting married in Stowe, Vermont. Once we saw how nice they came out, we decided to add them to our standard product line. This board is made from solid dark Walnut with a 2" swath (is that a word?) of stunning tiger Maple running down the middle. The darkness of the walnut sets off the contrasting hues of the tiger Maple. Measurements are approximate, and they are 11" x 7" x 1". This piece comes on rubber feet attached with stainless steel screws .

Free Gift Wrapping

We'll be happy to giftwrap any item you like, just add this no charge item to your order. We wrap our gift packages in numerous sheets of vanilla colored tissue paper and tie them off with natural and colored rafia. We wrap our butcher blocks and cutting boards in brown craft paper and tie them off with natural and green rafia. Since these products are treated with mineral oil before they leave our shop, the craft paper will regulate moisture for the products during shipment. Sometimes they arrive with a bit of mineral oil on the craft paper. That's the nature of the beast though. Gift cards are also free so be sure to include a message if you like.
