This decorative bottle stopper has been handcrafted from the Exotic Hardwood from South America called Kingwood, one of the varieties of Rosewood.
This is an extremely hard dense wood and takes a high polish. This particular piece of Kingwood was hand turned by Ken H. in Florida, sanded with super fine abrasives and a sealer applied to seal in the natural resins. Truly, an awesome one of a kind bottle stopper. The base is chrome with a durable seal of silicone rubber which seals the contents of your bottle of wine from outside air.
