This Unique bottle stopper was handcrafted from the Exotic Hardwood from South America called Kingwood, one of the varieties of Rosewood.  This is an extremely hard dense wood and takes to a high polish.  This particular piece was hand turned by Ken H. in Florida, sanded with super fine abrasives and a sealer applied to seal in the natural resins.    Truly, this is a one of a kind  . The base is chrome with a durable seal of silicone rubber which will seal the contents from outside air.
