This unique, beautifully handcrafted wooden cutting board is made from Bloodwood and Beech. Beech wood has a natural anti-bacterial enzyme, which makes it ideally suited for cutting boards. I use food safe glue and pressure to make this board long lasting and safe for food cutting. This board is 11.5x17.5. The cutting board comes oiled and ready to use.
Caring for your wooden cutting board:
Scrub with a soapy cloth or sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Never submerge in water and make sure to always dry thoroughly.
Oil:
Pour oil over clean board and allow it to soak in.
Make sure to let the ends of the board soak in the oil.
Wipe away excess oil with a clean cloth, rubbing in the oil.
Repeat this twice a month or as needed.
